Following credit approval, a standard order will be processed the next business day (Monday-Friday). You will receive your order in three to five business days. The cost depends on the total amount of the order. Below is the shipping and handling fee structure using UPS Ground Standard:

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We will gladly refund your purchase within 60 days of the purchase with the original receipt or packing slip and all merchandise tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the same tender they were purchased. If the original purchase was charged to another cardholder's account you will receive a Merchandise Credit.

Please mail your merchandise back to us via UPS, postage prepaid.

We will gladly exchange your purchase for any reason. Let us know what you would like by emailing us and we will send it out upon receipt of merchandise. We will pay the shipping cost for the order sent in exchange. All postage on returned merchandise must be paid by the customer unless merchandise is defective or an incorrect item has been sent.
